Candidate FAQ

Answers for candidates

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often before, during, and after a Quify interview.

What is Quify?
Quify is the platform your employer uses to run structured interviews—often including multiple-choice questions, voice answers, and short video responses. It helps them evaluate everyone fairly against the same criteria.
Do I need to install anything?
No. For the web experience, use a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox. Allow camera and microphone when prompted if the role requires them.
How long does an interview take?
Most sessions are timed per question. You will see a timer on screen. Finish each section before time runs out; your answers save as you go where the employer has enabled that.
Can I pause and come back?
Treat each invitation as a single sitting. If you leave or close the interview after you have started, the session usually ends and you may not be able to restart—read the on-screen warning before you exit.
Who sees my recording and answers?
Only your prospective employer and their authorized reviewers. Transcripts and scores are used for hiring decisions for that role.
Something isn’t working—what should I try?
Check a stable internet connection, refresh the page once, and confirm browser permissions for camera and mic. If problems persist, contact the employer’s recruiting contact.
