Terms of Service

Quify ("Quify," "we," "us," or "our") provides software that helps employers run structured hiring workflows, including AI-led interviews, resume screening, and candidate evaluation.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Employers and recruiters must create an account with accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Employers use Quify to create jobs, invite candidates, review applications, and evaluate interview results. Candidates use Quify only as directed by an employer—for example, to complete an interview or submit application materials for a specific role.

If you are a candidate, your use of Quify for a hiring process is also subject to the employer's policies. Quify processes candidate data on behalf of employers as part of the hiring workflow.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory hiring practices
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service except as permitted by law
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

The Service may generate transcripts, scores, summaries, and recommendations using automated systems. These outputs are aids for human review and do not replace employer judgment or legal obligations in hiring.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Quify a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Paid features, if any, are described in your order form or plan details. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIFY DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIFY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID QUIFY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for others, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
