Employers use Quify to manage hiring. Candidates typically interact with Quify because an employer invited them to apply or interview for a role. In many cases, the employer is the data controller for candidate information, and Quify processes that information on the employer's instructions.

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email, password hash, company details, and role preferences for employer users
• Application and profile data — resume, work history, answers to application questions, and job preferences
• Interview content — text responses, audio recordings, video recordings, transcripts, timestamps, and scores
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and diagnostic information
• Communications — messages you send to us, such as demo requests or support inquiries

We use personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
• Run interviews, score responses, and deliver results to authorized employer users
• Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve product quality, reliability, and user experience
• Respond to inquiries and send service-related notices
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We may share personal information with:

• Employers — candidate application and interview data is shared with the employer running the hiring process
• Service providers — vendors that help us host infrastructure, send email, analyze performance, or process AI workloads under contractual safeguards
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service

We do not sell personal information.

When an employer enables voice or video interviews, Quify may record and transcribe responses to generate structured evaluation data for that employer. Automated systems may analyze content to produce scores or summaries. Employers decide how results are used in hiring decisions.

Before recording begins, candidates should see clear notice in the interview flow and can decline to proceed if they do not wish to participate under those conditions.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, meet employer requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration. Employers may request deletion of candidate data subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

Candidates should contact the employer that invited them for role-specific requests. You may also contact us at demo@quify.ai and we will assist or direct your request as appropriate.

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
