Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice applies to individuals who receive outbound recruiting invitations from Quify, express interest in job opportunities through a Quify career page, or submit a resume or similar document through the Services ("Passive Candidates"). If you applied directly to an employer through a standard job application, the employer's privacy practices may also apply.

We may collect:

• Contact information (such as name, email, and phone number)
• Professional information from your resume or public professional profiles
• Responses you provide when expressing interest in a job opportunity
• Communications between you and recruiters facilitated through Quify
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs

Some information may be collected directly from you; other information may be collected indirectly from public professional websites or data vendors, as described in our Terms of Use for Candidates.

We use personal information to:

• Send you relevant job opportunity invitations
• Connect you with approved employer organizations
• Store, format, and share your resume with those organizations when you express interest
• Match your profile with job opportunities using automated systems, including AI
• Communicate with you about opportunities and the Services
• Protect the security and integrity of the Services

We share candidate information with approved employer organizations when you express interest in their opportunities or authorize resume sharing. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate the platform under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

You can opt out of communications, request access to your profile, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion by using the Own Your Data form. You may also use unsubscribe links in emails from the Services.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this notice, and comply with legal obligations. When you request deletion, we will remove your information from active use, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
